1. DIC ML GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on July 9, 2008 its voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, have fallen below the threshold of 10 %. The voting rights of DIC ML GmbH at this date amount to 9.19 % (equivalent 2,881,668 voting rights).

Forum European Realty Income S.à.r.l., Luxemburg, Luxemburg, informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on July 14, 2008 its voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, have fallen below the thresholds of 30 %, 25 %, 20 %, 15 %, 10 %, 5 % and 3 % and since then amount to 0 % (equivalent 0 voting rights).

Forum European Realty Income II GP Limited, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on July 14, 2008 its voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, have fallen below the thresholds of 30 %, 25 %, 20 %, 15 %, 10 %, 5 % and 3 % and since then amount to 0 % (equivalent 0 voting rights).

Forum Partners Investment Management, LLC, Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA, informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on July 14, 2008 its voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, have fallen below the thresholds of 30 %, 25 %, 20 %, 15 %, 10 %, 5 % and 3 % and since then amount to 0 % (equivalent 0 voting rights).

DIC Opportunity Fund GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on July 14, 2008 its voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, have exceeded the threshold of 3 %. The voting rights of DIC Opportunity Fund GmbH at this date amount to 4.85 % (equivalent 1,519,000 voting rights).

7. Deutsche Immobilien Chancen AG & Co. KGaA, Frankfurt am Main, voluntarily informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on July 14, 2008 its voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, amount to 39.37 % (equivalent 12,342,634 voting rights). Thereof 14.04 % of the voting rights (equivalent 4,400,668 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 subpara. 1 No. 1 WpHG. The attribution is conducted via DIC ML GmbH and DIC Opportunity Fund GmbH, which are companies controlled by it and whose voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, respectively amount to 3 % or more.

Deutsche Immobilien Chancen Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main, voluntarily informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on July 14, 2008 its voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, amount to 39.37 % (equivalent 12,342,634 voting rights). Thereof 39.37 % of the voting rights (equivalent 12,342,634 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 subpara. 1 No. 1 WpHG. The attribution is conducted via DIC ML GmbH, DIC Opportunity Fund GmbH and Deutsche Immobilien Chancen AG & Co. KGaA, which are companies controlled by it and whose voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, respectively amount to 3 % or more.

DIC Grund- und Beteiligungs GmbH, Erlangen, voluntarily informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on July 14, 2008 its voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, amount to 39.37 % (equivalent 12,342,634 voting rights). Thereof 39.37 % of the voting rights (equivalent 12,342,634 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 subpara. 1 No. 1 WpHG. The attribution is conducted via DIC ML GmbH, DIC Opportunity Fund GmbH, Deutsche Immobilien Chancen AG & Co. KGaA and Deutsche Immobilien Chancen Beteiligungs AG, which are companies controlled by it and whose voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, respectively amount to 3 % or more.

DIC Capital Partners (Europe) GmbH, München, voluntarily informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on July 14, 2008 its voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, amount to 39.37 % (equivalent 12,342,634 voting rights). Thereof 39.37 % of the voting rights (equivalent 12,342,634 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 subpara. 1 No. 1 WpHG.
