DIC Asset Cited for “Most Improved Annual Report” – Annual Report and Sustainability Report Win 2018 EPRA Awards

Frankfurt am Main, 07/09/2018. The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA), one of the most important trade associations in the European real estate industry, cited DIC Asset AG not just once but with several awards for the transparency and depth of its disclosures.

The 2017 Annual Report of DIC Asset AG received the “Most Improved Annual Report” award from EPRA for the consistent further development of its financial communication and moreover the “Silver Award for Financial Reporting.” In July 2018, the 2017 Annual Report had already been voted into the Top 40 of German annual reports across sectors at the international LACP Vision Awards and had been honoured with Global Gold and a special award for outstanding execution in communication.

The Sustainability Report 2017 was among the laureates for the sixth time and scored a Silver EPRA Sustainability Award in the context of the annual EPRA conference in Berlin.

With its awards, EPRA commends the exemplary implementation of the EPRA Best Practice Recommendations whose objective is to improve the continuity and comparability of investor reporting within the European real estate industry.
