From 24 September 2007, the share of the Frankfurt-based real estate
investor DIC Asset AG (WKN 509840/ ISIN DE0005098404) will be listed on the
renowned and internationally-used FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Europe Index. The EPRA
Index charts the performance of the biggest and most liquid European and
North American listed real estate stocks in a total of 28 countries. The
DIC Asset AG share will be added to the European index family when the
index is next adjusted. DIC Asset AG has already been listed on the Global
Property Research 250 Index (GPR 250).
