DIC becomes Branicks: new name, new brand identity

DIC Asset AG, one of Germany’s leading real estate companies, is changing its name: Specialising in office and logistics real estate, the company will present itself on the market under its new name Branicks as of 2 October 2023. The purpose of this step is to unify the brand strategy. In future, the brand messages of previously differentiated sub-brands of DIC Asset AG will be consistently and uniformly managed under the Branicks brand.

An entirely new corporate design was developed as part of the renaming process. The new brand presence will be revealed to a peer-to-peer audience at the Expo Real trade fair in Munich on 4 October 2023.
