In July 2007, DIC Asset AG took over ECR and SILO by way of a portfolio transaction. The exclusive buildings define the image of the Rheinau Harbour in Cologne. The City of Cologne intends the harbour development to be an innovative and attractive project. The development boasts a prime location right next to the Rhine and close to Cologne’s lively city centre, and offers the ideal infrastructure.
ECR offers modern premises with very high ceilings, which impart a loft-like ambience, and an attractive outlook over the Rhine.
