The Bienenkorbhaus (bee-hive building) is one of the best-known buildings on the Zeil in Frankfurt, the second most frequented shopping area in Germany.
Under the management of the DIC project developers, this prime site property was revitalised and re-developed through the modernisation and extension of the retail and office spaces.
The revitalisation was completed in spring 2009. After this, the main tenants Frankfurter Sparkasse and shoe retailer Görtz moved in their newly shaped space.
