Dividend policy

Through the management and leasing of our real estate portfolio, we aim to generate an attractive return on capital invested. The sale of properties at apposite times also contributes to the success of the Group.

The annual distribution of profits takes into account the following factors:

  • operating profit – based on our regular income from tenancies, but also on sales revenue, the level of which can vary considerably year-on-year.
  • our current corporate constitution – we take into account factors such as growth opportunities, investment plans and also potential risks
  • expected market development – this includes our economic assessments together with the development of the whole sector and of our regional markets

For the financial year 2011, the Management Board proposed a dividend of EUR 0.35 per share, Thus,  the continuous dividend policy of previous years is carried forward.

The dividend payment equates to an attractive return of 6.5% on the annual closing price.
