DIC Asset AG is a real estate company with a clear yield-oriented investment strategy focusing on commercial real estate in Germany, with particular emphasis on the office and retail sectors. Via our six branches, we generate long-term added value for our portfolio of around 270 properties representing total real estate assets of approx. EUR 3.4 billion - to the benefit of our shareholders and employees. DIC Asset AG has been listed on the SDAX index since June 2006 and is part of the international EPRA index.
