DIC Asset AG leases 10,000 sqm in Wiesbaden to AXA
(Frankfurt, 12/17/2009)

DIC Asset AG is extending an existing lease agreement with the insurance company AXA Service AG in an office building on Wiesbaden’s City-Ring ahead of time: the Cologne-based firm has extended its lease on the 10,000 sqm of office and storage space in the Hessian capital for the long term.

DIC ONSITE, which is responsible for operational real estate management, currently manages 40 properties in the Rhine-Main area with a total commercial rental space of around 300,000 sqm. The property is part of a portfolio which DIC Asset AG took over from the insurers AXA Deutschland and DBV Winterthur in 2007.
